Branch Manager - MLAP

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet targets and provide coaching.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
