Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider multispecialty group practice seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP or PA) to work full-time at its Kuna clinic.

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group Kuna is a busy, well-established practice in a growing part of the community. SAMG Kuna has providers dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family practice patients. The clinic is co-located with Urgent Care and has x-ray on site. A robust Hospitalist program covers inpatient patient need, so inpatient medicine is limited. The clinic utilizes the Epic® for Electronic Medical Record and Computerized Order Entry, so experience with EMR is highly encouraged.

Support: 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia;
Level IV Trauma Center; ED;
Saint Alphonsus FM clinic on-site; community family medicine clinics; SAHS specialty physicians rotate in outreach, larger system resources.

Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant medical license in Idaho; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho;
  Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
• A strong medical background and a desire to support an established practice in a growing multi-specialty medical group.
