Sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. An established ramp‑up pay during the first 60 days is guaranteed, and employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a minimum of 40 hours per year in the first year, increasing to 80 hours thereafter.
What We’re Looking For- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods from November through December.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Demonstrated skill communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
All new sales consultants must complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. Various online and computer‑based training will also be required throughout employment.
