Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Word Press Developer (Entry Level / Full-Time, Remote) to join our marketing and digital technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining high-converting corporate landing pages, microsites, and digital web assets that support our clean-energy campaigns and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain responsive Word Press websites and landing pages using Elementor and modern site-building tools.
Implement clean custom styling using HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript/jQuery for animations and interactive elements.
Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and asset delivery (minification, image compression, script bottleneck reduction).
Troubleshoot plugin conflicts, configure forms, and ensure cross-browser and mobile device compatibility.
Collaborate closely with the digital marketing and design teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional web pages.
Maintain site security, perform routine backups, and manage regular core, plugin, and theme updates.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA/MCA, or relevant practical experience.
Solid understanding of Word Press CMS architecture, template hierarchy, and theme/plugin customization.
Hands-on proficiency with page builders like Elementor/Elementor Pro.
Working knowledge of front-end web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and foundational PHP.
Basic familiarity with SEO best practices, schema markup, and tracking integrations (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager).
Strong problem-solving skills, keen eye for design aesthetics, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced on-site environment.
