Accountant, Tax Accountant, Financial Reporting

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As an Indian national, you will be preferred for this position, however, all candidates with relevant experience and qualifications are encouraged to apply.

• Prepare and maintain financial records and statements in accordance with company policies and accounting principles
• Analyze financial information to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment allocation, and collections
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budget preparation
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and ensure timely payments to suppliers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Handle tax calculations and submissions as per local regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to provide support on financial matters
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of local tax laws is preferred
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quickbooks or Sage
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This position is open to Indian nationals who have experience working in an English-speaking environment.
