As a Senior Internal Audit Specialist, you will be responsible for independently executing audit assignments, assessing compliance with company policies, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational activities.

• Plan and perform internal audit engagements in line with the approved audit plan
• Conduct detailed reviews of financial and operational records
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Identify audit findings and document observations with supporting evidence
• Prepare clear and structured audit reports with practical recommendations
• Follow up on audit observations to ensure proper implementation
• Maintain accurate audit documentation and working papers

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in internal audit
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and auditing standards
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, ACCA) are an advantage
