Job Description

As an Audit Intern at KPMG Kuwait, you will be exposed to the activities of our Audit function. The internship grants you access to working closely with seasoned professionals, providing insights that go beyond mere theoretical knowledge. This internship offers a chance to immerse yourself in the diverse real‑world challenges faced by our clients and to contribute to our mission of delivering quality assurance and trust to the business community.

• Collaborate with the Audit team and learn about financial audits, risk assessments, and other assurance engagements.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing financial data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial and regulatory standards.
• Participate in discussions with clients to understand their business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Work closely with senior auditors to ensure adherence to audit methodologies and best practices.
• Contribute to preparing audit reports, summarizing findings, and providing process improvement recommendations for clients.

• Currently pursuing ACCA/CA/CMA/CPA certification.
• A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of Audit.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
