Position:
Purchase Assistant cum Accountant

Location:

Kuwait

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to join our team immediately.

• Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers
• Knowledge of payment transfer TT / LC at sight / LC at usance and coordinating with bank until final LC or TT is received
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations
• Coordinate shipments, and required documents for clearance
• Maintain supplier and purchasing records
• Maintain record of payments, expenses, and accounting transactions
• Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, and finance departments

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in purchasing and accounting
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Candidates must currently be available in Kuwait
