Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Support:
Assist in bookkeeping, data entry, and maintaining ledgers. - Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Support monthly closing and reporting activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash.
- Administrative Duties:
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls. - Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Prepare invoices and quotations.
- Handle filing systems and maintain office records.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
