Accountant F&B Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Accountant to manage the financial operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with strong knowledge of restaurant accounting, inventory control, costing, and store keeping procedures.

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and management accounts.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, analyze variances, and recommend cost-control measures.
• Reconcile daily sales with POS reports and cash collections.
• Oversee inventory control and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
• Supervise store keeping operations, ensuring accurate receiving, issuing, and stock records.
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received notes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.
• Support internal and external audits.
