Senior Accountant

To ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, preparation of financial reports, reconciliation of accounts, and compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Prepare and maintain the general ledger.
• Perform regular account reconciliations.

• Strong knowledge of recipe creation and product costing.
• Prepare and finalize COGS, including variance analysis reports.

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial closing tasks.

• Assist in tracking and monitoring budget vs. actual performance.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget.

• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.

• Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency.
• Implement best practices to enhance financial processes
• Work Closely with other departments to gather financial information
• Provide guidance and support other team members

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CA, etc.) are an added advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong background in general ledger management, month-end closing, and financial reporting
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cost control
• Achievement-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative, resourceful, and pragmatic, with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
• Experience working on Oracle Fusion is an added advantage.
