Day In The Life- Support the month‑end close process, including journal entries, accruals, account analysis, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze budget, forecast, and variance reports, providing insights to management on financial performance
- Partner with Field Operations Managers and Superintendents to investigate and explain expense variances
- Assist with year‑end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis for operations and corporate stakeholders
- Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting month‑end deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, with up to 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communicator who can collaborate successfully within a team and build strong working relationships across the organization
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
