Internal Auditor

Food Choice, a leading Food Service & FMCG distributor in Kuwait, is looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to strengthen our controls and support our continued growth.

• Plan and carry out risk-based audits across all departments: finance, sales, inventory, procurement, logistics, HR and IT.
• Assess internal controls and recommend practical improvements.
• Conduct stock counts and reconciliations, and review cash, collections and credit control.
• Review sales, discounts, rebates and pricing for accuracy and compliance.
• Audit the full procurement cycle, from supplier selection to payment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and Kuwaiti regulations.
• Investigate irregularities and report findings with clear evidence.
• Prepare audit reports with risk ratings and action plans, and follow up on implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3-5 years of internal audit experience, preferably in FMCG, food distribution or trading.
• Proven experience auditing multiple departments, not only finance.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management and IIA standards.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel skills;
  Power BI, ACL or IDEA is a plus.
• Excellent English report writing;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Based in Kuwait with a transferable residency is preferred.

• CPA
• CMA
• ACCA
• CFE is a plus.
