We are in search of a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages and redirect calls to appropriate staff members
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and payments
- Draft correspondence, reports and other documents as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and mailing
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluency in English is a must; fluency in other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
