We are currently seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Al‑Kuwait. This part‑time position offers a salary of $1,300 per month.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Friendly demeanor with excellent customer‑service skills.
This is a part‑time position with flexible working hours. Candidates must be willing to work on weekends if needed.
