We are looking for a motivated and organized Office assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600. We will consider an immigrant for the role.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
- Experience in providing customer service
- Problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience as an office assistant is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails from customers
- Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Sorting and distributing mail, faxes, packages, etc.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
- Managing filing systems by creating new ones as needed or maintaining existing ones
