Office Assistant (Kuwait)

We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. This is an urgent position and requires an individual to start immediately. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

The successful candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be fluent in English. Preference will be given to candidates of African nationality who can provide a valid visa and ticket for travel.

Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Managing office supplies
  • Assisting with customer inquiries
  • Creating reports and documents
  • Performing other related tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an office setting
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
