Position Summary
The Administrative Executive primary responsibility is to collect and enter data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Handling day to day activities as directed by Admin Manager and provide an efficient administrative services to the business.
Roles & Responsibilities- Provide internal communication to employees.
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan
- Maintain confidentiality at all times with any business‑affairs relating to Gastronomica and it’s affiliates.
- Organize source data for computer entry by assembling and classifying information, as well as certifying entry preferences
- Adhere to data procedure and program techniques when performing data entry duties
- Confirm account and employee information that was entered and correct, evaluate, delete, and reenter information when it is incomplete, or when clearing out files to get rid of duplication of data.
- Assist the Sr. Admin officer and liaise with the Manager, to track information relating to company licenses, registrations, insurances, vehicles, visa quotas, health cards, residencies (permanent staff and new projects as well) and all renewals with local authorities for the same.
- Perform ad‑hoc administrative duties as assigned, including filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
- Arranging the daily documents for Mandoop.
- Communicate and coordinate with operations on staff credentials (Passport/Civil ) as and when required.
- Communicate and coordinate with operations regarding employee cancellation, renewal, health cards and contract signing.
- Checking the Civil IDsc readiness in PACI and arranging for delivery to the staff.
