This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuwait City for an Executive Assistant.
The Executive Assistant for the CEO provides high-level administrative and strategic support.
This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to manage confidential information and coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
The ideal candidate will be resourceful, solution-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the CEO's priorities are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Handle email correspondence, prioritize communications, and draft professional responses when required.
- Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
- Track ongoing projects and follow up with all departments to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and execution.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, business itineraries, accommodations, and event logistics.
- Assist in planning and coordinating business meetings, company events, and executive engagements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, business documents, and executive summaries for internal and external meetings.
- Monitor business priorities and ensure the CEO remains informed of critical updates and upcoming deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and executive information.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar executive support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Experience with project management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Professional, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
