About the RoleThe Receptionist is responsible to manage the reception as the first point of contact for the office and provide business operations, administrative support to the FM team’s goal to deliver the FM services as per agreement.
Assist Staff/Guests needs, and requirements related to facilities and other services being provided as part of the scope. Supports the FM team to successfully deliver the FM services at the site as per agreement.
- Ensure the Reception is covered without fail during working hours
- Provide Superior Customer Service in all areas & aspects and actively assist to ensure compliance of the Reception SLA’s.
- Maintain security and safety standards as required, ensuring that visitors are recorded in logbook, escorted and contractors do not have access to areas without the appropriate authorization or supervision maintained.
- Maintain the record of all files and documents and monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Be fully conversant with the reporting procedures for any non-conformance / incident in relation to H&S and first aid.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
- Proficient computer skills, Knowledgeable in SAP, FMP, Lenel System
- Experience in FM corporate environment.
- Customer service skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure.
