Administrative Manager
Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely staffing of project positions.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supplies, asset management, and document control.
- Manage company vehicle operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and compliance.
- Supervise employee accommodation and facilities, ensuring effective logistical and administrative support.
- Coordinate employee visa, work permit, and other employment-related documentation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers to support project operations.
- Organize administrative duty schedules to ensure continuous operational support.
- Develop, implement, and improve administrative policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Coordinate administrative activities across departments to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of administrative management experience, including at least 5 years supporting overseas engineering, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of employment administration, visa processing, and general administrative operations.
- Experience managing office administration, facilities, accommodation, transportation, and logistics.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and administrative cost management.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
