Office manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. This includes providing support to the management, scheduling meetings and events, managing office supplies, managing emails, maintaining office records, and responding to customer queries.
The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The Office Manager should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks. The ability to manage multiple projects at once is essential as is a professional and friendly attitude towards customers.
We require no previous experience, but welcome candidates who have some relevant office experience or knowledge of office management systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary as are strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
A salary of 1700 will be offered for this position.
