Secretary job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait

We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the company. You will also be expected to manage day-to-day operations of the office, as well as ensure that all tasks are completed in an efficient and orderly manner.

A successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be highly organized and able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. An ability to prioritize tasks and work independently is essential for this position.

You will be responsible for filing documents, answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking notes during meetings, preparing documents and reports, maintaining office supplies, and other related duties as assigned. You should also possess basic knowledge of office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners etc., in order to provide assistance when needed.

No prior experience is required for this position; however, any relevant experience would be an asset. We are offering a salary of 1600 per month with excellent benefits package including health insurance and paid leave. We are willing to consider candidates who are immigrants provided they meet the job criteria outlined above.
