Secretary vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait. We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that tasks are completed to the highest standard. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills within an office environment.

The role will involve the administrative tasks of managing documents and correspondence, scheduling meetings, taking notes, and organizing travel arrangements. Additionally, the Secretary will be involved in customer service duties, such as answering phone calls and emails from clients, responding to inquiries professionally and accurately, maintaining a positive attitude towards customers at all times, and providing general support to the team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; be able to work under pressure; demonstrate strong organizational skills; and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy. Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not essential as on-the-job training can be provided. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position with a salary of 1600$.
