Al-Kuwait is a leading business in the Middle East and we are currently looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team. We need a professional with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask between multiple projects.

The successful candidate must be able to handle incoming calls, take accurate messages and greet visitors in a professional manner. They should also possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software. The Secretary will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the company, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports and organizing files.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working as a Secretary in an office setting. We are willing to consider candidates from abroad who demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English. Furthermore, we require the candidate to have an excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 per month with additional benefits if required.
