We are seeking a qualified and experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, customer service, and data entry. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. Your main duties will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls and emails, filing documents and organizing documents, as well as scheduling appointments and meetings.

You must also be able to handle customer inquiries promptly and politely. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently.

The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities. You should also be computer literate and have the ability to work with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc. Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred but not required. Additionally, you must be willing to learn new software programs as needed.

We offer a salary of 1400 per month for this position. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this role if they can demonstrate relevant experience in the area of office administration or customer service.
