We are looking for a motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of colleagues and take part in a number of exciting projects.

In this position, the Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing the office space, and ensuring that all areas are kept organized and tidy. Some of the tasks include answering phone calls, maintaining records, scheduling meetings and events, preparing documents and reports, handling incoming mail, ordering office supplies, and other general duties as assigned.

The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role as well as strong communication skills. We especially welcome applications from immigrants who can bring their unique skillset to our team.

The salary for this role is 1100 per month plus additional benefits such as access to health insurance plans and vacation time. We also offer flexible working hours that allow our staff to balance their professional obligations with personal commitments.
