To perform and oversee advanced reception and patient coordination tasks support clinic workflow data accuracy and patient experience in compliance with DDI operational and service standards

• Patient Registration amp Appointment Coordination Manage daily clinic appointment coordination and complex scheduling tasks Ensure patient registration and data accuracy and updated within EHR systems Confirm patients appointments Contact patients to notify any updates regarding their appointments Track clinics appointment waiting list Audit patients data and appointments
• Reception Operations amp Patient Services Supervise reception desk workflow and train junior staff as needed Coordinate communication between reception nursing and medical staff Answer incoming calls and follow up on patient inquiries and requests Follow up all clients requests Maintain assigned competencies Be aware of all DDI activities to respond to patients and visitors queries appropriately
• Clinical Administration amp Documentation Generate and review daily reports on patient visits no-shows consent forms Scan and upload all required documents into the EHR system Ensure all labs requests added to the EHR system Complete patients pathway as requested Prepare statistics for patients and appointments in all clinics
• Research Support Recruit patients for research Book and follow-up all research appointments
• Service Improvement amp outreach Support implementation of new reception processes and improvements Service outreach and marketing
• Compliance amp Professional Standards Uphold confidentiality professionalism and compliance with DDI policies Perform other related duties assigned by the Senior Team Leader and Head of Unit Comply with all occupational health safety and infection control policies to ensure a safe working environment for patients staff and visitors
