Position
Service Advisor - Bodyshop
Responsibilities- Act as the primary customer interface for receiving customers coming to the branch for service.
- Diagnose or interpret their concerns for vehicle service.
- Ensure that vehicle service is performed as per company quality standards.
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field such as Automobile Mechanic.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience within a similar role in the automotive sector.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Strong customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of computer literacy and Bodyshop operating procedures.
