Job Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations at Al-Kuwait
- Provide assistance to team members and customers when required
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels
- Handle any customer complaints or disputes
- Monitor employee performance
- Resolve any conflicts between team members
- Develop strategies to improve operations efficiency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations is an advantage
