Supervisor – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively. You will develop strategies to improve staff performance, monitor the quality of service provided and ensure the safety of the workplace. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting new staff members, scheduling shifts and handling any customer complaints or concerns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least two years of experience in Supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• A strong focus on customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be eligible to work in Al-Kuwait or willing to become eligible (for immigrants)
