- Contribute to preparing the annual, time-bound operational plan for education programs as part of the annual budget preparation process.
- Translate budget components into time-bound activities and projects that can be implemented and tracked.
- Support the sequencing of activities throughout the year to achieve education program objectives.
- Contribute to developing a unified methodology for operational planning that makes implementation easier to measure.
- Support alignment of the operational plan with approved education program priorities.
- Monitor the implementation of planned activities and projects against the approved timeline.
- Prepare periodic reports on progress and deviations from the plan.
- Prepare executive summaries for management covering progress, delayed activities, current obstacles, and recommended improvements.
- Ensure implementation stays aligned with budget priorities and operational feasibility.
- Support building an institutional, indicator-based approach to implementation monitoring.
- Identify, document, and classify operational obstacles at an early stage.
- Follow up with relevant parties until each obstacle is resolved.
- Analyze the root causes of implementation delays.
- Submit periodic reports on obstacles affecting plan objectives.
- Propose practical solutions to keep implementation on schedule.
- Strengthen coordination among teams involved in implementing education programs.
- Support integration across programs to maximize resource efficiency.
- Monitor the regular flow of data needed for implementation.
- Help connect planning with realities on the ground.
- Contribute to assigning activities and projects to relevant teams in a clear timeline.
- Support defining responsibilities for each activity in the operational plan.
- Measure the workload tied to activities across programs and projects.
- Analyze how evenly tasks are distributed among stakeholders.
- Track how workload affects adherence to the plan timeline.
- Prepare reports showing the relationship between workload and delays.
- Recommend improvements to task allocation to boost efficiency.
- Support linking implementation delays to relevant staff performance indicators.
- Contribute to developing tools and templates for tracking plan implementation.
- Support building manual or automated monitoring mechanisms.
- Help improve the methodology for measuring plan-related performance.
