The Employé en affaires is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City, responsible for supporting the business operations of Kuwaiti Cuisine. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with business planning activities, monitoring performance indicators, and preparing basic reports that help guide decision-making. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication, addressing guest or partner inquiries professionally, and helping maintain high standards of customer service.

The Employé en affaires may also support administrative tasks, contribute to process improvements, and participate in initiatives that enhance efficiency and profitability.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify trends, and support operational decisions.
• Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to assist in strategy development, budgeting, and process optimization.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, interact with guests, and prepare clear documentation.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to ensure positive guest experiences and effective resolution of concerns.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, food service, or business operations is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Kuwait City and manage tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort with learning new systems.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
