Construction Manager

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Manage all aspects of the construction project from start to finish.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure project progress is on track and make adjustments as needed.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures on the job site.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Al‑Kuwait.

Salary: 1,400$ per month plus benefits, housing allowance, and transportation allowance. This is a full‑time position.
