AboutThe Role
To drive business development and project sales within the construction sector by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting building material solutions across ongoing and upcoming projects. The role involves working closely with consultants, contractors, and developers, supporting specifications and technical proposals, conducting client presentations, and following up on project pipelines to ensure alignment with timelines, approvals, and overall sales targets.
AboutYou
An ideal candidate would have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in technical/project sales within construction or building materials
- Knowledge of drywall systems or similar building solutions is an advantage
- Experience handling BOQs, specifications, and tender documents
- Strong understanding of the Kuwait construction market with exposure to consultants and contractors
- Ability to build relationships and manage client interactions across projects
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with the ability to generate pipeline and close deals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
AutoCAD is a plus - Must be currently based in Kuwait with a transferable visa and valid driving license
Fluent in English and Arabic
