Overview
The Quantity Surveyor shall monitor the BOQ s estimates schedule of rates and material take-offs as presented by the PC Contractor.
These shall be verified by site measurement of materials and manhours expended on the varying workpacks across all disciplines.
He shall support the Contract Engineer in the compilation of cost reports and forecasts to completion as required. He will also measure and evaluate final accounts including claims, extra items, deviations, variations and amendments to contracts.
Will perform liaison duties between Client and Contractor.

- Degree qualified and MCIRS affiliated.
- 12+ years of experience.
- Immediately available candidates within Kuwait preferred.
