Construction Manager

Are you a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager looking for a new challenge? Our construction company in Al-Kuwait is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Construction Manager for our contract projects.

As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in managing contract projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience working in the construction industry in Al-Kuwait or similar environments.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Oversee all aspects of construction, including materials, equipment, contractors, and workers
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager
• Experience managing contract projects preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Ability to work well under pressure

This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

This role does not require English proficiency but knowledge of Arabic language would be an advantage.
