Project Manager (Construction)

Kuwait (Full-time, On-site)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Construction) to join our growing team in Kuwait and lead the successful delivery of major construction and development projects.
Acting as the Project Owner's Representative, you will take overall responsibility for managing project execution from planning and mobilization through construction, commissioning, and final handover. You will safeguard the owner's interests while leading contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years leading medium to large projects.
- Strong experience delivering industrial, commercial, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar developments.
- Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, quality management, and construction contracts.
- Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable Article 18 visa.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving licence.
- Represent the project owner throughout all phases of project execution.
- Lead construction projects from planning through commissioning and handover.
- Manage project execution, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and project risks.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Review contractor progress, payment applications, variations, and change requests.
- Drive project performance, resolve technical and commercial challenges, and ensure successful project delivery.
