Indian Construction Manager in Al-Kuwait

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage and coordinate all construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Oversee project progress and ensure that all work is being carried out according to specifications and safety regulations
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as necessary to ensure financial targets are met
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and identify any potential issues or delays
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
