Construction Manager – Al-Kuwait – 1600

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction of projects, from planning and design to completion. The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of the industry, be able to manage multiple projects at once, and have a proven track record of success in their field.

We are ready to consider a qualified immigrant for this position. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry, knowledge of relevant regulations and laws pertaining to construction safety and quality control, as well as exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the construction process from beginning to end. This includes budgeting, scheduling, purchasing materials, supervising subcontractors and site workers, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed, monitoring quality control measures during the project lifecycle, as well as overseeing post-construction work. The Construction Manager will also be expected to manage project teams while ensuring that client expectations are met on time and on budget.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600 per month.
