Construction Manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait

We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from planning, budgeting, and scheduling through to completion. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and be proficient in using construction software.

The primary responsibilities of the Construction Manager include overseeing the entire construction project from start to finish, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that quality standards are adhered to. They will liaise with contractors, architects, surveyors and other professionals involved in the project to ensure that work is completed according to plan. They will also manage budgets and resources effectively while ensuring safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

In addition, the successful candidate should have a good understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to building projects in Al-Kuwait. They should also have experience working with various stakeholders during the construction process including local authorities, clients, contractors and suppliers. We expect minimal work experience but excellent organizational skills as well as a strong knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.
