African Construction Manager in Al-Kuwait

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Al-Kuwait. As an African Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
Develop project schedules and budgets
Oversee construction teams and contractors to ensure quality workmanship
Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to stay on track
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Excellent communication skills in English
Proven leadership abilities
Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is preferred
