Construction Project Manager - Al-Kuwait

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Plan and oversee construction projects from beginning to end
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and timelines
• Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
• Create and manage project budgets
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
• Prepare reports on project progress for management

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (fluent English is preferred)
• Biometric passport required for travel

Salary: $1400 per month
