Construction Manager Al

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait.

This role is responsible for the overall management of construction projects and overseeing the daily operations of the construction site.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and must possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

The Construction Manager will be tasked with managing project budgets, scheduling resources, and overseeing building codes and standards compliance.

They will also be responsible for managing subcontractors to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Additionally, they will maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other team members involved in the project.

The successful candidate must have excellent leadership skills to motivate teams to meet tight deadlines while ensuring a high quality of work is maintained.

They must also possess strong communication skills so that they can provide clear direction to their team members.

In addition, they should hold a degree or diploma in construction management or related field.

This position offers a salary of 1100 per month plus benefits that include health insurance, paid vacation days, and performance bonuses.
