We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of construction projects, from planning and scheduling through to their completion. We offer a competitive salary of 1200, and are willing to consider an immigrant.

The Construction Manager's primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire construction process, including design, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and safety. They must ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for hiring and supervising personnel involved in the construction process, such as contractors and subcontractors. They must ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to throughout each stage of the project.

In addition, they will be responsible for liaising with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that all construction requirements have been met.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills as well as strong leadership capabilities. They must also possess a thorough knowledge of building codes and standards, as well as experience in managing budgets and schedules. A degree or certification in construction management is highly desirable but not essential.
