We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Creator specializing in videos, reels, and photography to join our team.

• Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual content, including videos, reels, and photographs, for the studio itself, its client, and for the Managing Director; ensuring the content is aligned with the brand identity and objectives of each.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and other stakeholders to understand content requirements, objectives, and target audience.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and industry innovations to ensure the content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the studio's brand voice, style, and aesthetic, ensuring consistency across all content.
• Shoot and edit videos, reels, and photographs, ensuring high production value and visual impact.
• Manage the content creation process from ideation to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Adapt content for various platforms and formats, optimizing it for maximum reach and impact.
• Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers and marketing specialists, to develop integrated content campaigns that exceeds their expectations.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of content across different channels, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Proven experience as a Content Creator specializing in videos, reels, and photography.
• Proficiency in shooting, editing, and post-production software for videos and photographs.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent creative and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional team members.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
• Flexibility to work outside office hours when required to meet project deadlines or attend events.
• Familiarity with the studio's industry and target audience is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous work and creative abilities.

Pay: KD500.000 - KD600.000 per hour
