Call Center Agent – Laundry Service

We are hiring a Call Center Agent for a laundry company in Kuwait.

  • Salary: Base salary + commission (base salary approximately 250 KD)
Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and Whats App messages professionally.
  • Take laundry pickup and delivery orders.
  • Coordinate with drivers and the operations team.
  • Follow up with customers regarding order status, complaints, and requests.
  • Enter customer details and order information accurately in the system.
  • Handle customer issues politely and provide proper solutions.
  • Maintain good communication with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support the team in increasing orders and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Arabic language is mandatory.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Must be polite, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Must be available for onsite work in Shuwaikh.
  • Must be flexible to work day or night shifts as per company requirements.
  • Must be committed to strict attendance and assigned shift timings.
  • Experience in laundry, delivery, or customer service is a plus.
Working Hours
  • 10-hour shift per day.
  • Shift-based duty.
  • Day or night shifts as per company requirements.
Days Off
  • 2 days off per month, rotational as per schedule.
Performance Expectations
  • Strict adherence to assigned shift timings and attendance policies.
  • High accuracy in order entry, with minimal to zero errors expected.
  • Professional and respectful communication with customers at all times.
  • Fast response time across calls and messages.
  • Full confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Salary Package
  • Base salary + commission.
  • Commission will be based on performance and order targets.
  • Final package to be discussed based on experience.
