Customer Service Rep
Our client, a leading automotive company, is seeking a Service Advisor in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listening to customers to identify technical problems or service needs, estimating costs, and scheduling appointments in a professional and hospitable manner. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesListen carefully to customer complaints and check the customer vehicle, recording all information accurately.
Explain repair estimated costs, processes, and delivery times with comprehensive information related to customer inquiries.
Follow up on vehicle repair status with the job controller and ensure completion according to quality operation standards.
Inform customers about any additional work needed and obtain their approval if required.
Contact customers to notify them of the completion of repair work and vehicle readiness for pick-up.
Ensure customer satisfaction by completing repairs on time and maintaining high-quality work.
Receive and process vehicles requiring ordinary service, ensuring jobs are finished with technical staff before delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all facilities are available and operational.
Prepare daily reports related to repair orders.
QualificationsMinimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar position or related field.
Good knowledge of vehicles and tools, including their designs, uses, and maintenance.
Proficiency in computer skills and bilingual capabilities are essential.
