Junior event organizer

Role Description

This is a full-time Junior Event Planner position based on-site in Kuwait City. The role supports the planning, coordination, and on-the-ground execution of our events, making sure every detail meets the agency's standards before it goes live. You'll work closely with our Operations team to keep projects moving on time and to spec.

• Coordinating event logistics from setup through to wrap
• Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers to keep arrangements on track
• Managing dispatch and deliveries, confirming the right items reach the right place on time
• Following internal approval protocols, ensuring nothing is dispatched or actioned without sign-off
• Tracking timelines + flagging delays early so they can be resolved before they affect delivery
• Providing on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining strong vendor relationships and clear communication with all stakeholders

• Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through
• Strong communication + interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams and vendors
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without dropping details
• A proactive mindset, comfortable flagging issues and chasing answers rather than waiting
• Bachelor's degree
