About the Role

We are looking for a professional, proactive, and customer‑focused Client Relations & Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming clients and visitors, conducting tours for potential clients, supporting office rental sales, maintaining strong relationships with WECO members, and promoting our services, including private offices, meeting rooms, function hall, event spaces, photo session spaces, and advertising video shooting spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients, members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle phone calls, Whats App messages, emails, online inquiries, and walk‑in clients.
  • Conduct tours for potential clients and present WECO’s office options and facilities.
  • Support the sales and rental of vacant office units.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing members and support client satisfaction.
  • Promote WECO services, including meeting rooms, function hall, event spaces, and other available facilities.
  • Handle meeting room and facility bookings professionally.
  • Update client records, inquiries, tours, bookings, and payment records accurately.
  • Issue receipts and maintain proper payment documentation.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to WECO management related to inquiries, tours, bookings, occupancy, sales leads, and client activity.
  • Support WECO’s online presence across Instagram and Tik Tok.
  • Work closely with WECO management and the maintenance team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client relations, sales, front desk, hospitality, real estate operations, coworking spaces, or a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Professional communication style and positive attitude.
  • Ability to conduct tours and confidently present services to clients.
  • Good multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Calm, polite, and patient when handling clients or stressful situations.
  • Good computer skills and ability to prepare reports.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Must hold a valid transferable visa in Kuwait.
